We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paediatric Clinical Educator to join our team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a Paediatric Clinical Educator, you will have the opportunity to gain experience in general obstetrics and gynaecology, enhance your knowledge and skills, and develop an interest in medical education or clinical research.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- To gain experience in general obstetrics and gynaecology and enhance knowledge and skills appropriate for middle grade training standard.
- To have the opportunity to develop an interest in medical education or clinical research during this post.
- Opportunity to take the PGCert in medical education or supported time to develop a research proposal for possible grant application.
- Improve and refine skills in operative gynaecology.
- Participation in clinical governance, audit and quality improvement.
- Appropriate level of clinical knowledge/up to date knowledge.
- Experience and ability to work in multi-professional teams.
- Basic medical degree.
- GMC registered with license to practice.
- Post graduate degree.
