Established London Consultancy Seeks Experienced Structural Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team as an Associate or Associate Director. As a key member of our structural department, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects, developing and implementing design strategies, and mentoring junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage structural projects from conception to completion
  • Develop and implement design strategies to meet client requirements
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure their professional development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • Chartered status with IStructE and/or ICE
  • Proven experience in UK consultancy, with a strong track record of delivering projects
  • Excellent design, project, and team-running skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
