Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the overall improvement of the health and wellbeing of our clients by delivering care through a client-centered approach.
- Work collaboratively with the Nurse Team Leaders and target groups to further develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate a high-quality, evidence-based, young person-friendly, needs-led clinic-based and outreach service.
- Be innovative and ambitious, demonstrating an ability to work efficiently and productively to make a positive impact on client outcomes.
- Work in a democratic, friendly, and progressive team to provide a high-quality service and achieve quality standards.
- Band 6 Qualified £35,392 - £42,618 or Band 5 Development Post - £28,407 - £34,581.
- Permanent position with various posts available in Wigan/Leigh.
- Experience in Sexual Health Nursing with proven leadership skills and a real desire to deliver excellent sexual health care.
- Ability to work efficiently and productively to make a positive impact on client outcomes.
- Flexible working arrangements to support a good work-life balance.
- A generous pension scheme with matched contribution + 2% up to a maximum of 8%.
