Butler Ross is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to enhance our team, focusing on optimizing our supply chain processes. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000.
As part of our Procurement division, this role has been created in response to our expanding business and recent strategic acquisitions, presenting significant opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining the complete supply chain to align with our strategic objectives, ensuring a responsive and efficient supply chain.
- Collaborating with various teams, acting as a bridge between SIOP and multiple stakeholder groups.
- Conducting data collection and analysis to support the SIOP cycle, enhancing stakeholder involvement and promoting the SIOP methodology.
- Developing datasets and reports on Supply/Demand, Inventory, and Operational capacity to guide decision-making processes.
- Organizing SIOP preparatory sessions and presenting data to facilitate discussions and actions.
- Creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders to effectively communicate data insights.
- Assisting the SIOP Manager and preparing data for senior management review meetings.
Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 years of experience in planning or procurement with a solid understanding of SIOP in a manufacturing context.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems.
- Experience in Power BI for report development and dashboard creation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills for conveying data insights and delivering presentations.
Salary: Up to £50,000
This position requires 100% on-site work.
This role is ideal for individuals who have experience as a SIOP analyst, supply chain analyst, supply chain specialist, inventory analyst, operations analyst, procurement analyst, demand planner, supply chain planner, materials analyst, or inventory control analyst.
