About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2nd Line IT Support Professional to join our team. As a 2nd Line IT Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering a professional level of remote IT support to customers, as well as assisting with routine backup monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in 2nd line helpdesk support
  • Strong diagnostic and technical skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including AD, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop, including Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 Administration, including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Good knowledge of Networking, including Switches, Firewalls, Routers, and WIFI
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good knowledge of Virtualisation with Microsoft Hyper-V
  • Good knowledge of MDM Mobile Device Management
  • Good knowledge of Data Backup and Recovery Methods
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
