- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate contracts to achieve best value for the company.
- Manage and motivate the procurement team to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
- At least 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing management role.
- Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives and negotiating contracts.
- Experience working in a regulated industry or sector, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Basic salary up to £55k.
