We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in leading a small team of finance professionals in tracking, analyzing, and reporting on EU Logistics and Customer Service costs.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 2 direct reports in accurately tracking, analyzing, and reporting on EU Logistics and Customer Service costs
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and Fulfilment Centre leadership team to interpret and utilize metrics for reporting
- Accountability for month-end process, executed to a high degree of accuracy and timeliness
- Report and communicate monthly performance & variance analysis in the context of operational KPI's
- Ownership of the Monthly forecasting, annual budgeting and LRP cycles
- Partner with Logistics and Customer Service teams to optimize cost and improve speed, service, and cost
- Support with ad-hoc analysis, commercial and operational project work
- Fully qualified individual with relevant Accounting/Finance experience ideally within the retail/FMCG industry
- High degree of initiative and ownership
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret data in various formats
- Excellent standard of verbal and written communication
- Ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities
- Excellent skills in MS Office Suite; knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Qlik systems is a plus
