**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Occupational Health Service, ensuring high standards of quality and clinical practice.
- Conduct health surveillance, audiometry, spirometry, and fitness for work assessments, providing expert advice and guidance.
- Develop and implement health education and promotion programs to support the client's workforce.
- Provide clinical supervision and support to less experienced team members, promoting professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with the OH manager to advise, monitor, and assess the clinical practice of the OH team, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Respond to client and manager requests for support and information on the working environment, providing expert advice and guidance.
**Requirements:**
- NMC Registered Nurse
- Occupational Health degree or diploma desirable
- Significant experience in Occupational Health, with a proven track record of success
