About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Operations Lead to join our team in North West London. As a key member of our Out of Hours GP service, you will be responsible for line managing and supervising operational staff to ensure the smooth running of our service.

Your primary focus will be on monitoring and evaluating staff performance, conducting regular appraisals and audits, and recruiting and training new staff as needed. You will work closely with other leads and report directly to the Operations Manager, providing statistical data and contributing to discussions on service improvement.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven experience in team management, excellent communication and IT skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also be confident in your problem-solving skills and able to make decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Line manage and supervise operational staff
