Our collaborative model involves working alongside the Liaison and Diversion team, which is a partnership among several organizations committed to holistic support. This innovative service often necessitates referrals to additional relevant services, all conducted with the consent of the clients to ensure comprehensive care.

Role Responsibilities: Support Specialist
Join us in our mission by taking on the responsibilities of a Support Specialist. Your key duties will include:
  • Delivering essential aftercare services to individuals following their time in police custody.
  • Collaborating effectively with the Liaison and Diversion team and partner organizations.
  • Managing a diverse caseload of clients, ensuring their needs are met with diligence.
  • Facilitating necessary referrals to other services, always with client consent.
  • Utilizing your experience in support services and collaborative partnerships to foster positive outcomes.
Key Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm (3:30pm on Fridays).
Location: Covering a wide geographical area.
Driving Ability: Highly beneficial due to the extensive service area.
