Job Title: Pediatric Band 6 Nurse
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Band 6 Nurse to join our team at Capital Staffing Services. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and their families in a homecare setting.
Responsibilities:
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, while prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
* Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information, utilizing electronic medical records systems.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
* Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
* Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and other relevant software.
* Complex care Nursing experience preferred.
* NMC registration required.
* Driving Licence preferred.
Location:
