**Responsibilities:**
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, while prioritizing patient safety and well-being.
* Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
* Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medications, and self-care techniques, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
**Requirements:**
* Strong knowledge of pediatric anatomy, physiology, and developmental stages, with a focus on complex care nursing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
* Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
* Proficient in using electronic medical records systems, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Complex care nursing experience, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a pediatric setting.
* NMC registration and a valid driving license, with the ability to commute from West London to Maidenhead.
