About the Role

Holland & Knight LLP is seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all aspects of the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional responsiveness to our Partners, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Work effectively, productively, and quickly in a detail-oriented environment, utilizing good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Interact with our Partners in a professional, articulate manner, building strong relationships.
  • Collaborate with peers and management to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of post-college work experience in a professional environment.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with a working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficient knowledge of accounting functions and financial software.
  • Bachelor's degree required, with a GPA higher than 3.0 preferred.
