Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients regarding personal injury and medical negligence claims.
  • Maintain high-quality assurance standards by following company protocols and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Team Leaders to evaluate claims and determine the best course of action for clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate and relevant information about the claims process.
  • Document and maintain precise records of client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Engage in discussions about medical terminology with clients.
  • Be comfortable with extended phone conversations.
  • Take pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
