About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller / Billing Specialist to join our team at Talent Recruitment Group Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and their debt profiles, ensuring timely and accurate reconciliation and posting of receipts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and their debt profiles
  • Daily reconciliation and posting of receipts
  • Use relationship management skills to resolve complaints and build strong relationships with clients
  • Focus on key accounts with attention to detail and proactively chase sales invoices by phone
  • Ensure internal systems align with client self-bill portals and collaborate with billing to resolve queries and re-issue documents
Requirements
  • Driven and takes pride in their work, fits a hard-working team
  • Analytical and comfortable with large Excel datasets
  • High Excel competence, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills, able to build rapport and resolve complaints
  • Positive attitude and up for challenges
