Présentation du Poste : Nous recherchons un Consultant Commercial dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la stimulation des ventes de nos produits de pompes à chaleur aérothermiques, de l'identification de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et de l'établissement de relations solides avec les clients dans la région d'Oxfordshire.

Responsabilités Clés :

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces pour atteindre les objectifs de l'entreprise.
  • Identifier et engager des clients potentiels en fournissant des conseils d'expert sur les solutions de pompes à chaleur aérothermiques.
  • Effectuer des visites de sites et des évaluations pour déterminer les besoins des clients et adapter les solutions en conséquence.
  • Préparer et présenter des propositions et des présentations de vente convaincantes.
  • Négocier des contrats et conclure des affaires en garantissant la satisfaction client et des partenariats à long terme.
  • Maintenir une connaissance à jour des tendances du secteur, des produits et des concurrents.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour assurer une exécution de projet fluide et un service client de qualité.

Qualifications et Expérience :

  • Expérience avérée en vente, de préférence dans le secteur des énergies renouvelables ou des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation (CVC).
  • Solide connaissance des pompes à chaleur aérothermiques et de leurs avantages.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps solides.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et des logiciels de gestion de la relation client (CRM).
