Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Yorkshire team, specializing in infrastructure projects within the transportation, utilities, and highways sectors.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, and acting as the primary client interface. Your key objectives will include:

  • Managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
  • Developing and maintaining project requirements, success criteria, and governance frameworks.
  • Establishing and implementing resource plans, procurement strategies, and risk management processes.
  • Leading cross-functional project teams, facilitating communication, and ensuring stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitoring and controlling project performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Preparing and presenting project progress reports, budgets, and forecasts to clients and stakeholders.

Key qualifications and experience include:

  • Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects (£100m+).
  • Chartered or qualified status with ICE, APM, RICS, or equivalent.
