Join Our Team as an Assistant Catering Contracts Manager

BAM Construct & Ventures UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Catering Contracts Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading construction and facilities management company, delivering high-quality catering services to schools in Somerset and surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Contracts Manager in the operation and logistics of 6 production kitchens hubs and service delivery operations. This role requires excellent team working skills, the ability to build positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues, and experience in catering project management and delivery.

We are looking for a craft-trained chef with a minimum of 2 years' experience in high-volume catering management. The ideal candidate will be innovative and creative, with excellent organizational, presentation, communication, team building, and interpersonal skills. They will also have experience in menu planning and costing, as well as a good understanding of food, health, and safety controls.
