A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join EVolve, a leading pharmaceutical company with an exceptional Ophthalmology product portfolio. Our client is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager for a national role, with a particular focus in the South or Midlands regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering field coaching and other learning initiatives that support business operations, especially within the Commercial sector. Additionally, they will design and deliver effective training programs for new hires as part of the Induction Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training courses using best practice materials and approaches to training that meet the needs of the business and individual learning preferences.
  • Develop and integrate a feedback and coaching model with the Field Visit Process to support 'on the job' development of Business Unit Teams.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales coaching experience within a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Over-the-Counter (OTC), or Business-to-Business (B2B) market is essential.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry may be considered, but retail or B2B experience is preferred.
  • Must be open to travel, as in-field training responsibilities are a large part of the role.
