We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Construction Build Team in the Midlands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the finances, operational communications, and relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers for our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Manage the revenue, costs, and cash flow of projects to ensure maximum gross margin and customer satisfaction.
- Operational Communications: Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Provide regular, accurate, and consolidated reports and forecasts for projects to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.
- Contract Compliance: Ensure compliance with Kier Group's policies, procedures, and best practices relating to project implementation and site management.
- Experience: Significant experience in leading projects of significant value from pre-construction through delivery to handover, including second-stage tender experience.
- Project Management: Demonstrable experience of managing project budgets and programs.
- Contract Knowledge: Expert knowledge of delivery under NEC and JCT contract conditions.
- IT Literacy: Proficiency in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email, as well as experience with ASTA Power Project or Microsoft Project.
- Certifications: SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and First Aid.
