Job Title: Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist

Hogarth Worldwide Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist to join our team in London, UK.

About the Role:

The Payroll and Benefits Administration Specialist will be responsible for the administration of the monthly payroll processing, including all joiner and leaver movement, fixed data changes, variable payments and deductions, parental leave, etc. You will also have responsibility for administration of our benefits programme; including the pension scheme, private healthcare, parental leave, discounts, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of routine administrative processes such as inputting new starters, calculating and confirming final payments for leavers, and processing of all associated monthly fixed and variable payroll transactions.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for routine employee payroll and benefits queries.
  • Administration of company benefits package, including private medical memberships and end-to-end pension process.
  • Owning parts of the HR Co-Ordinator role for the People team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll and Benefits Manager for audit-related tasks.
  • Support project-based work and other ad-hoc activities.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable payroll experience, including excellent attention to detail.
