Role Responsibilities

As a Chief Information Security Officer for Client Accounts, you will spearhead security strategies and provide tactical oversight on all aspects related to cybersecurity operations, secure IT architecture, and application-infrastructure security operations. You will operate in accordance with organizational mandates and security policies, recognized as a Cybersecurity Leader with extensive experience in delivering business outcomes.

Key Duties:

Lead security strategy and manage all aspects of cybersecurity operations, secure IT architecture, and application-infrastructure security operations.

Advise client CISOs on enhancing the security posture of their organizations and how TCS can assist in this regard across people, processes, and technology dimensions.

Collaborate with TCS CISO representatives to drive strategic and tactical security enhancement initiatives for client accounts.

Engage with various client leaders (Product Managers / Service Owners, etc.) to secure support for prioritizing security-related actions and work collaboratively with client CISOs towards shared security goals.

Expand Advisory & Consulting presence and maturity among new and existing clients, positioning TCS as a trusted provider of premium Advisory & Consulting services.

Provide executive oversight for strategic client engagements, showcasing thought leadership.

Maintain executive relationships with various client CISOs and CXOs.

Oversee the senior Information Security Management function and cybersecurity service delivery for the account.

Ensure the delivery of agreed-upon business outcomes for clients.

Exhibit a thorough understanding of client-specific and industry-related risks, as well as regional legal and regulatory obligations across each engagement.

Demonstrate executive presence and leadership with key clients and TCS stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

Essential Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Proven experience in delivering business outcomes.

Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.

Outstanding client experience across all engagements, reflected in positive satisfaction scores and the identification of repeat business opportunities.

Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

Ability to cultivate and maintain robust working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Cybersecurity expertise with demonstrable knowledge of relevant industry standards and frameworks (e.g., DORA, NIS2, NIST CSF, ISO, MITRE, CIS).

Experience operating at and reporting to CXO levels, managing expectations with senior management teams.

Proven track record of leading teams and successful client engagements.

Ability to apply a business-centric perspective to your approach.

Relevant industry and academic credentials (e.g., CISM, CISSP, CEH, CISA or equivalent).

Effective contribution to achieving revenue targets.
