We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager for a reputable residential care facility specializing in elderly care, particularly for individuals with Dementia.
This facility is a well-maintained, medium-sized home that provides a warm and supportive environment for its residents.
- Oversee the daily operations of the residential home, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation.
- QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or equivalent qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in elderly or dementia care settings.
- Strong leadership and staff management capabilities.
- Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centered care.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package ranging from £35,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
