Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic obstetric and general theatre team at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a Theatre Senior ODP/Sister, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients undergoing obstetric and general theatre procedures.
- Work collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient operating department operations.
- Develop and maintain skills and knowledge to supervise and plan evidence-based interventional care for patients.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives within the operating department.

Requirements
- Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
- Experience working within an acute or community setting.
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ability to work within the boundaries of the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
