Position Overview:
As a Mobile Plant Fitter specializing in diagnostics and fault detection, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of various plant and agricultural machinery. This position offers a competitive salary range of £38,000 - £42,000, with the potential to earn up to £65,000 through additional incentives. You will be provided with a company van and enjoy a 39-hour work week, along with door-to-door pay and comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting repairs and servicing of plant and agricultural equipment at client locations.
- Performing routine maintenance and thorough examinations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.
- Managing a local service area with flexibility in scheduling and occasional overnight stays.
- Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, with an early finish on Fridays.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Experience as a Plant Fitter or in a similar engineering role.
- A desire for an independent working environment.
- A valid UK Driver's License.
