Requirements:

  • Registered Nurses (Adult Nursing) with a passion for community nursing
  • Previous community experience within District Nursing is desirable but not essential
  • Commitment to continuous professional development

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing interventions to provide a service that places the person and those important to them at the centre of care
  • Function as an independent autonomous practitioner with in-depth theoretical and clinical knowledge
  • Work as part of a wider team of staff caring for individuals in their own homes or homely settings
