- Previous community experience within District Nursing is desirable but not essential

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions to provide a service that places the person and those important to them at the centre of care
- Function as an independent autonomous practitioner with in-depth theoretical and clinical knowledge
- Work as part of a wider team of staff caring for individuals in their own homes or homely settings
