Talent Acquisition Specialist

OBJECTIVE:

Manpower is a leading global recruitment organization dedicated to delivering outstanding recruitment solutions to our clients while offering career opportunities to candidates. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance our operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients to expand the recruitment desk.
  • Utilizing various tools to advertise positions and identify potential candidates.
  • Leveraging talent databases to align the right candidates with client vacancies.
  • Evaluating applications, coordinating interviews, and short-listing candidates for clients.
  • Assessing candidates' qualifications and confirming their suitability before presenting them to clients.
  • Conducting market research, visiting clients, and maximizing sales and networking capabilities.
  • Preparing CVs and correspondence for clients regarding suitable candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews and providing constructive feedback.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience in recruitment or sales demonstrating resilience and determination.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-driven with a positive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.
