About the Role:
We are in search of a Senior Event Technology Consultant to become a vital part of our Delegate Management Services team. This team is responsible for executing large-scale event projects both domestically and internationally for clients spanning various sectors, including automotive and technology.
This position entails overseeing the planning and execution of technical delegate management solutions, which encompass technology hardware/software, registration processes, applications, and other cutting-edge event technologies. Additionally, you will ensure that all necessary event reporting data is accurately captured across the technologies employed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Solutions Director to lead and manage onsite registration technology initiatives.
- Execute internal and external technology projects within the defined scope.
- Oversee the logistics and shipping of equipment sent internationally.
- Ensure that registration builds effectively capture valuable and transferable data.
- Share best practices and knowledge, serving as an escalation point for team members facing project or client challenges.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure project alignment and a seamless client experience.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in technology, preferably within the meetings and events industry.
- Ability to analyze numerical data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the capacity to engage and influence effectively.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- COMPITA Networking Accreditations.
- Cvent Certification.
- Prince 2, Agile, or similar qualifications.

Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid role, requiring 2-3 days a week in our Fleet office for team collaboration.
