Esenciales:
- Competencias excepcionales en la implementación y configuración de Docker/Kubernetes, así como en la gestión y escalado de aplicaciones en contenedores.
- Excelentes habilidades en la gestión y optimización del rendimiento de un complejo stack de monitoreo con Prometheus, InfluxDB y Grafana.
- Destreza en la creación y mantenimiento de paneles de Grafana utilizando PromQL, InfluxQL/Flux.

- Conocimientos en plataformas de CI/CD/CT como Git, Ansible, Terraform y TeamCity.
- Automatización de Despliegue Serena (SDA) y Jenkins.
- Principios y prácticas de "Infraestructura como Código".
- Principios y prácticas de "Integración Continua (CI) y Desarrollo Continuo (CD)".
- Conocimientos en metodologías Ágiles, Ingeniería de Confiabilidad del Sitio (SRE) y principios de DevOps.
- Lenguajes de programación y scripting como PowerShell, Python, Bash y C#.
- Dominio de procesos y procedimientos de respaldo y recuperación.
- Conocimientos avanzados en Clustering, Alta Disponibilidad, Replicación y técnicas de Recuperación ante Desastres.
- Capacidad para optimizar el rendimiento y la fiabilidad en capas de Red, Almacenamiento, Servidor y Virtualización.
- Excelentes habilidades de Tuning de Rendimiento y profundo conocimiento de los internos del sistema.
- Capacidad para interpretar e implementar recomendaciones de endurecimiento de seguridad CIS de manera controlada.
- Conciencia aguda de los requisitos de Seguridad y Auditoría en un entorno regulado.
