Join Our Team as a Kitchen Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at German Doner Kebab. As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional food quality and service
  • Implement and maintain brand standards and policies in the kitchen
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a kitchen management role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high standards of quality and service
  • Knowledge of food safety and health and hygiene standards
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
