Senior Highway Engineer

YUCCA RECRUITMENT AGENCY LTD is seeking two experienced Senior Highway Engineers to join their Major Transport Infrastructure Delivery Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver key transport infrastructure projects across the region, leading the development and delivery of highway schemes and associated engineering activities.
  • Identify challenges in transport infrastructure and design effective solutions, collaborating across disciplines to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Prepare project documentation, including drawings, schedules, cost estimates, and contract documents, and mentor and oversee junior staff, providing professional technical design input.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality and safety standards are met, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to transport infrastructure challenges.
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering, with substantial vocational experience and significant experience in engineering design and management, particularly in traffic/local road problems.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other industry-standard design tools, and strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure while managing complex workloads.
