This esteemed hotel is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie to contribute to their team of culinary experts. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will play a pivotal role in leading and learning on a section in the kitchen, crafting exceptional dishes, and upholding the highest standards. You will be working in the hotel's more informal restaurant, where you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure to a diverse range of cuisines and styles.

Requirements for this Position
  1. Passionate about food and committed to delivering exceptional culinary experiences
  2. NVQ Level 2 & 3 in culinary arts or equivalent
  3. Previous experience in a similar establishment, with a proven track record of success
  4. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices
  5. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
