Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to oversee the provision of cleanliness across our property portfolio at bet365. As a key member of our Facilities Services team, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and developing staff performance to support the Company's operation.

Working closely with the Facilities Services Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of cleaning services, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. All cleaning tasks will be monitored to ensure compliance with Health and Safety guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake weekly stock checks to ensure adequate supplies and materials.
  • Implement and maintain agreed cleaning policies and procedures to ensure a high level of cleanliness.
  • Communicate effectively with line managers and team members to address any issues or concerns.
  • Review and improve team work practices and environment to optimize performance.
  • Maintain a flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ensure safe storage and use of chemicals in accordance with COSHH guidelines.
  • Follow all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

  • Professional cleaning experience with a flexible approach to work.
  • Full understanding of COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Experience in staff performance and development, including objective setting.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Competent IT skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
