Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Specialist to join our team at SEMON. As a key member of our online retail team, you will be responsible for managing and updating our Shopify store, implementing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, and monitoring website performance metrics.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage and update Shopify store, ensuring seamless customer experience and efficient product listing.
  2. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales, leveraging Google Analytics and other e-commerce tools.
  3. Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing marketing campaigns.
  4. Assist in product photography and product listing, ensuring high-quality visual content.
  5. Create, schedule, and post social media content, engaging with our online community and promoting our brand.
  6. Manage online product and stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely restocking.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other e-commerce tools.
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Ability to manage social media platforms for brand promotion.
  • Experience in product photography and social media content creation.
  • Familiarity with the Shopify platform to update our website content with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles.
  • Ability to create engaging storyboards and marketing campaigns.
  • Self-starter and well-organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good level of Photoshop and video reel editing skills.
About the Role

This is a full-time position with a 1-month probation period. We offer a competitive salary of £26,805.00 per year, plus performance bonuses. Our benefits package includes canteen facilities, employee discounts, free parking, and the opportunity to work from home.
