Job Summary

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional patient journey, managing the end-to-end treatment process from initial enquiry to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a seamless patient experience, ensuring all treatment needs are met and exceeded.
  • Provide exceptional support to patients throughout their treatment journey, including explaining treatment options and handling concerns.
  • Record and monitor all private referrals to the practice, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Manage diary appointments and treatment schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians, including writing treatment plan letters and following up on outstanding treatment and referral letters.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote and highlight our extensive range of private and specialist dental treatments, engaging with patients and clinicians to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Registered Dental Nurse with current GDC registration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and social media platforms.
  • Experience in diary management and appointment scheduling, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Prior experience as a Treatment Coordinator is desirable, but not essential.
