Job Title: Curriculum Team Manager (CTM) Hair & Beauty, Hospitality, Public Services and Sports

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Manager to join our team at Croydon College Group. As a key member of our academic leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of curriculum delivery and development across our Hair & Beauty, Hospitality, Public Services, and Sports courses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum plans to meet the needs of our students and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Head of School and other managers to ensure high-quality learning experiences
  • Support the management and development of our on-site commercial salon and restaurant
  • Motivate and engage staff to achieve excellent outcomes and progression
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Significant experience of working in education, preferably in a leadership role
  • Relevant teaching qualification and assessor/IQA qualifications
  • Minimum Level 3 in one of the subject areas and considerable experience in your trade
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy and efficiency
