About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Male Senior Support Worker to join our team at SeeAbility. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities, to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including autism and learning disabilities.
  • Develop and implement personalized support plans to promote independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care and support.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure consistent high standards of care.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
About the Person You Will Support

Adam is a young man with autism and moderate learning difficulties. He enjoys going out in his vehicle on pre-planned routes, listening to music, and engaging in colouring activities. He values routine and predictability, and his team must be dedicated, resilient, and creative to enable him to reach his full potential.
