- As an inspirational and motivated leader, you will focus on your employees and how they can best thrive in their roles, while always being aware of the delicate distinctions between personalities and their ways of working.
- You will display a strong knowledge of compliance management, including licensing, risk assessment, and health and safety procedures.
- Drive business performance by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), with a particular emphasis on achieving budgeted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA).
- Ensure smooth operation of all areas, from front-of-house to back-of-house management.
- Experience in driving business performance through managing KPIs and budgeted targets.
- Passionate about customer service, food, and drink, and delivering a high-quality experience.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 with a generous 20% monthly bonus based on performance.
- TRONC tipping structure divided between departments with managers included.
