Job Description

**Job Title:** Compliance Administrator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance Administrator to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions. As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough background checks on all personnel, including enhanced DBS checks, overseas criminal record checks, and Prohibition Order checks.
  • Verify the right to work for all employees and contractors.
  • Obtain and verify references and qualifications.
  • Conduct identity checks and ensure compliance with Co Risk Assessment procedures.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and detailed records of all compliance-related activities.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in compliance or a related field, preferably in a people-facing environment.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work positively and flexibly within a small team.
  • Knowledge of Excel and databases, with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidence.
