We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at The Ridgeway Primary School.

About the Role

This is a part-time position, working 32.5 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract until the end of July. The successful candidate will work with our staff and pupils in a small garden SEN provision, providing support and assistance to ensure excellent outcomes for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support staff and pupils in a small garden SEN provision
  2. Assist with lesson planning and delivery
  3. Provide individualized support to pupils with special educational needs
  4. Work collaboratively with the teaching team to ensure a harmonious learning environment
  5. Contribute to the development of a nurturing and inclusive approach to all children and their families
Requirements

We are looking for a professional who:

  3. Can positively engage and support children with their learning, showing initiative when required
  4. Demonstrates excellent oral literacy and possesses a good standard of maths and English qualifications
