We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Academics. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide targeted support to students on a 1:1 or group basis
  • Classroom management - adapting and delivering lesson material adjusted to students' individual needs
  • Assessing and reporting - collaborating with SENCO to adapt students' education plans
  • Assessing and reporting students' progress, development, and attainment
  • Mentoring - guidance of other support staff such as teaching assistants
