Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in planning, implementing, and managing cross-functional projects to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Implementation
    • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
    • Manage project risks and issues, and devise contingency plans as necessary
  • Team Management
    • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
    • Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders
  • Project Monitoring and Control
    • Monitor project progress and adapt work as required
    • Present updates on project progress, problems, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Quality and Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
    • Manage project documentation and ensure proper records are maintained

Requirements

  • Degree level or above in Business, life sciences, or related field
  • At least three (3) years of project management experience
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS project, Smartsheet) and related processes
  • Experience of working in a matrix organization
  • PMP or Prince 2 is highly desirable
  • A highly self-motivated, flexible, and quick-thinking attitude to meeting the needs of the business
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
