Location: London
Compensation: Up to £120,000 (based on experience) + Performance Bonus
Position Overview
Compass Corporate Services is delighted to collaborate with a distinguished and forward-thinking complex care organization to identify a Financial Executive.
This role will involve close collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and the executive leadership team, focusing on the preparation, execution, and oversight of financial plans across the organization. You will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative financial policies while ensuring the smooth daily operations of the finance department, with a key focus on cash management and financial forecasting. Additionally, you will hold the title of Statutory Director and assist the organization in reaching its growth targets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess full professional qualifications and substantial experience within the healthcare or social care sectors, demonstrating a deep understanding of the industry's intricacies. A strategic mindset is essential, along with the ability to foster relationships with external partners, auditors, Integrated Care Boards, and financial institutions.
You will act as a supportive advisor and business partner, enhancing the finance function while collaborating effectively with other departments within the organization. Candidates currently in Financial Controller roles seeking advancement, as well as existing Finance Directors, are encouraged to express their interest.
Work Location
The organization is headquartered in London, and the successful candidate will be expected to maintain a significant presence in the central office.
Key Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare or social care organization
- Proven leadership experience in managing a finance team
- Fully qualified accountant
- Experience managing financial operations with a budget of approximately £25 million
Interview Process
The selection process will consist of three stages: an informal introductory meeting via video call to assess compatibility, followed by a formal in-person interview, and concluding with a video meeting involving additional team members.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: £100,000 - £120,000 per annum (commensurate with experience) plus an EBITDA-based bonus structure.
