As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering value to clients while fostering relationships within a dynamic team environment. We welcome applications from candidates seeking both full-time and part-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks up to the trial balance stage.
- Assist clients in preparing for Making Tax Digital (MTD).
- Support the preparation of management accounts.
- Onboard clients onto cloud accounting software (Xero) and provide guidance on its usage.
- Complete Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) returns.
- Prepare and submit VAT returns.
- Potential to assist with occasional payroll tasks, though this is not mandatory.
Candidate Requirements:
- AAT qualification or currently pursuing ACCA studies.
- Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years or more in accountancy practice bookkeeping, or self-employed bookkeeping professionals looking for a stable, permanent role.
