Job Title: Delivery Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Coordinator to join our team at RedRock Resourcing. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth delivery of our healthcare solutions to patients and users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide face-to-face contact with patients and users, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Logistics Management: Coordinate the delivery of our healthcare solutions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and maintenance for our software and hardware solutions, including upgrades and ongoing development.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to support the smooth operation of our team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, users, and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience installing and maintaining Android and iOS-based technology, as well as knowledge of software and hardware maintenance.
  • UK Driver's License: Hold a valid UK driver's license, with a clean driving record.
