An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Family Solicitor / Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a reputable law firm specializing in Family Law.

Our client offers a wide range of legal services tailored for individuals and businesses alike.

This role may involve travel to various office locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload in family law, encompassing pre-nuptial agreements, child custody matters, and divorce proceedings.
  • Oversee applications under the Family Law Act, as well as divorce and financial settlements.
  • Possess a solid understanding of the Family Law Act and TOLATA.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, database management, and legal software, preferably Liberate.
  • Resolution accreditation in Children and/or Financial Remedies is highly desirable.
