Baxter is a global leader in medical innovation, and we're seeking a talented Production Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth production of our life-saving products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workload Management: Effectively manage workload to meet turnaround times, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Staff Resource Management: Lead and develop a team of cleanroom staff, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching to ensure optimal performance.
  • Inventory Control: Collaborate with the procurement department to manage inventory levels, resolve stock discrepancies, and minimize waste.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Conduct scheduled environmental monitoring and manage non-routine isolator breaches to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee equipment maintenance, ensuring all necessary processes and checks are completed to return equipment to production.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Assurance: Investigate and report non-conformances, communicating serious issues to the supervisor and QA team.

Requirements:
