About the Role

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking a highly skilled Validation and Verification Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the validation and verification management activities across our signalling project portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain projects in our approved validation and verification management tools
  • Support the production of verification and validation reports, including the production of template reports
  • Provide project requirement's management progress/KPI reports
  • Support the Competence Manager with the execution of the internal competence management scheme
  • Train staff on our validation and verification tool set and define staff competence
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent in Engineering qualification
  • Experience working within a system engineering process environment
  • Experience applying RSSB, Network Rail standards or equivalent rail infrastructure organizations
  • Experience testing and validation of safety-critical systems
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of signalling design, installation, testing, or safety assurance
  • Use of software database, such as DOORS/Regtify
