Business Development Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team at Balens Specialist Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth and profitability for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to support business expansion
  • Support the delivery of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with our Events team to deliver workshops, presentations, and networking events
  • Work closely with our Compliance and Agency teams to ensure regulatory components of relationship management are achieved
  • Resolve incidents promptly and implement improvements based on incident analysis
  • Identify opportunities for individual and team development, fostering a culture of continuous learning
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and embed compliance in your work
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in lead acquisition and conversion
  • Understanding of commercial insurance
  • Knowledge of performance reporting and KPI management
