Role Overview:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be essential to the daily operations of our warehouse. Your duties will encompass the precise and efficient management of goods, ensuring that products flow seamlessly through our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
  • Assist with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
  • Conduct regular stock audits and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Utilize warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand scanners
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily performance targets
  • Keep the work area clean and organized
  • Follow health and safety protocols consistently
  • Manage tasks in the goods in section

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures
  • Physically capable of performing manual handling tasks
